Work 1:1 in person or 1:1 Virtually with the Hudson Valley’s most recognized trainer! I will help you find the focus, energy, and motivation you need to exercise and make fitness a part of your healthy lifestyle. We begin with an initial assessment to determine your individual fitness goals during our training sessions. From this, I will design a custom exercise and nutritional program for your needs and goals that will safely push you out of your comfort zone. Programs are typically designed to include strength training, endurance, core strength, balance, stretching, and any post rehab exercises you may need that will help you reach your goals and live your healthiest life.

Couples
Training
Grab your spouse, coworker, or friend for a workout that’s twice as fun! This interactive program incorporates exercises you can do as a couple while you work together under the guidance of an experienced personal trainer. Partner exercises are used to increase overall strength and endurance, core stability and flexibility. Each program focuses on your individual goals, prior injuries, and/or health conditions. I will progress each of you at your own pace so that couples at different fitness levels will be challenged to get out of their comfort zone and achieve their fitness and nutritional goals together. This is a great way for you and your partner to spend quality time together while getting fit and healthy.e typically designed to include strength training, endurance, core strength, balance, stretching, and any post rehab exercises you may need that will help you reach your goals and live your healthiest life.

Small Group
Training
Small group training has all the benefits of personal training but at a significant cost savings since you’re exercising with a small group of up to 7 people. You will get the support and encouragement of others in your group and an experienced trainer to help you stay motivated and focused. Training with a group creates a fun atmosphere where everyone can meet their own fitness goals. So, bring a friend and enjoy the Sgt. Cyndi experience at half the cost of a private personal training session!

Sgt Cyndi , Body physics, is a awesome Gym, she is very caring and meets your needs individually, she has help me through the years tremendously! For example I started out with osteoporosis, and now I do not have it! She stays with you and works with you for as long as you go. Words cannot express my appreciation for what she has done for my life!
